China Insider provides exclusive analysis of China’s economy and emerging investment themes. Subscribers can download the bi-monthly reports in English, Japanese, or Arabic, and access the online archive.

We created a site that allows Ben to easily upload new reports, and that handles subscriptions easily. Subscribers can be notified of new reports by email, RSS, or Twitter.

Potential customers can be put off by a complex payment process, or insufficient information, and can easily drop out mid-purchase. We took special consideration in designing the subscription page, to focus on usability.
